**Missed permanent makeup appointments will be charged $100 to rebook and is not included in the service cost.**
Missed perfecting session appointments will be charged a $100 booking fee.
Missed appointments for other services will result in forfeit of the booking fee.
BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY
All services require a booking fee. The fee is deducted from your total upon completion of your appointment.
$25 for all lash services (excluding lash tint).
$100 for all permanent makeup services.
Please note that booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
Our 48 hour cancellation policy refers to ALL appointments. Your booking fee will be non-transferable and annulled if you cancel within this timeframe. Your booking fee can be transferred, one time only, to a new appointment time if you reschedule or cancel outside the 48-hour time period and can only be used within 3 months of your last booked date.
Our cancellation policy is FIRM & NON NEGOTIABLE.

Due to our services being time sensitive, it is extremely important that you show up on time.
If you show up late for your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your booking fee will be void and non-transferable. If you show up late for your perfecting session, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in a $100 booking fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL CLIENTS
If you have had previous permanent makeup work in the past, your previous work must be at least 70%-90% faded to book an appointment. If you are not sure the status of your brows, you have two options:
1. You can book a free consultation to come into the studio
2. By sending clear, makeup free, brow photos for analysis. (front, left side, right side)
If you arrive to your appointment without having your previous work pre-approved and it can not be worked on, your deposit will be forfeited.
Changes in your health condition/medications must be provided 48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of your booking fee.
At the time of your arrival, if we feel that you have not followed all pre care instructions or answered all medical questions truthfully and to the best of your knowledge, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
